Warranty
We provide a manufacturer's warranty on all items up to 45 days from the invoice date. This covers all manufacturers’ defects within 45 days of delivery but does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc.
Exchange
Upon delivery, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will remove the item(s) free of charge. If you wish to exchange your order for a different item you can reorder and schedule a new drop-off date. However, after signing the invoice, all exchanges must be made within 3 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be in the original factory packaging as it was received. A CoffeeTables2go.com representative will schedule a pickup of the items at the next available opportunity.
Refund
If you are not satisfied with your item after receiving and signing for it and you simply wish to refund your purchase instead of exchanging for another piece, you must notify us within 3 days of the invoice date. Your purchase will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee for the item. Please note that all items must be returned in the manner they were received and in the original factory packaging.
